No. The certificate is part of the requirements to be an Aramco approved vendor but, it is not enough on its own.
No. We must register a new domain only for dealing with Aramco communications.
Yes. From our side, we can utilize it to install the latest Windows operating system, along with all the necessary applications, and configure all the required cybersecurity controls. And once ready and receive by you, you can utilize it for any Aramco related communications.

Yes. We encourage each employee to attend Cybersecurity training once a year, but to accelerate the obtaining of your Aramco Cybersecurity Certificate we require only one employee to attend online training.
No. We developed our approved AUP that matches all the cybersecurity controls. During the onboarding stage, we will share it with you for your acknowledgement and distribution.
No. We partnered with Bitdefender and applied cybersecurity controls in a centralized management portal to ensure compliance and successful delivery of those controls.
No. You must have a valid C.R. to get the Aramco Cybersecurity Compliance Certificate.
No. We have already signed an agreement with an authorized Aramco auditor and the audit fees are included in our offer.
To help us generate a VAT invoice for you.
During the onboarding stage you will share with us your National Address and the main contact details. After obtaining the certificate from the auditor, we will share it with you via email after you release your final payment and then we will ship your PC with Aramex.
